4th of July Celebration at Safety Harbor
Bring the whole family out for a July 4th Celebration Safety Harbor style. There will be children’s activities, live entertainment, food vendors, and plenty of fun for the whole family. Get a good seat in the Marina or the Waterfront Park because the best fireworks display in Tampa Bay goes off at exactly 9:00pm.
Star Spangled Sparkman at Sparkmans Wharf
Sparkman Wharf is celebrating Independence Day with the return of Star Spangled Sparkman. Family-friendly entertainment will be continuous on Independence Day starting at 3:30p. and includes a local band, DJ, games on the wharf, Boat Parade and Blessing of the Fleet presented by Friends of the Tampa Riverwalk, and closes with Boom by the Bay fireworks.
July 4 Boat Parade & Blessing of the Fleet
Friends of the Riverwalk host a July 4th Boat Parade & Blessing of the Fleet. Boaters decorate their boats with flags and themes and prizes are awarded for the best decorations. Two blessing stations will be located along the parade route where boaters can receive a blessing for a safe and prosperous boating season. Spectators can view the parade from both sides of the river.
Independence Day Bike Decorating Contest at Rivercrest Park
SATURDAY: It’s a great year to show your patriotism, young and old! SSHCA will celebrate Independence Day with a bike decorating contest and patriotic parade. This contest is available for all ages (not just kids). We will have snacks, drinks, and crafts available. FB Event here!
Fourth of July Fireworks Cruise
What better place to watch Tampa’s largest fireworks show than on the water! Cruise with us on the Lost Pearl for a pirate adventure that’s sure to end with a bang.
